VISA CHECKLIST – SRI LANKA

1	Passport	Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, along with a photocopy of the passport bio page.
2	Photographs	Two recent passport-size photographs (3.5 × 4.5 cm) with a blue background.
3	Visa Application Form / ETA	Completed visa application form or online ETA application.
4	Flight Itinerary	Confirmed or reserved return flight itinerary.
5	Hotel Booking	Confirmed hotel reservation or accommodation booking.
6	Bank Statement	Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
7	Visa / ETA Fee	Applicable visa or ETA fee (if not exempt under the current policy).
8	Authority Letter	Required if someone else submits the visa application on your behalf.
