1	Passport	Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2	Previous Passports	Copies of all previous passports.
3	CNIC	Clear colored copy of CNIC (Front & Back) on the same A4 page.
4	Family Registration Certificate (FRC)	NADRA-issued Family Registration Certificate.
5	Business Letterhead	Signed and stamped.
6	Business Documents	Sole Proprietor Certificate, Chamber Membership Certificate & Recommendation Letter (if available), Shop/Studio ownership or rental agreement, Business Card, Company Profile/Catalogue, Participation Certificates, Previous Invoices and Receipts.
7	NTN & Tax Returns	Last 2 years’ tax returns. Bank statement should match the declared tax returns.
8	Bank Statement	Last 6 months with Account Maintenance Letter. Recommended balance above PKR 1.5 million.
9	Contact Details	Email address, phone number, and travel history.
10	Sponsorship Letter & Documents	If sponsored, provide sponsorship documents and any previous visit documents for similar travel.
11	Home Address	Provide if different from the address on CNIC.
12	Assets Documentation	English translated property/assets documents.
13	Employment Documents	Employment Letter and last 3 Salary Slips (for employed applicants).

Additional documents may be required depending on the applicant’s case.
Attach this checklist on top of each document set after checking and signing it.
Hard copies of all documents are required.
